All of the staff are professional and patient-oriented. It's a pleasure to go to an appointment and not wait 30 minutes. From the allergy clinic to the hearing department, everyone knows their job. I've recommended many to this office and found out many friends are already patients.

Dr. Lano performed my turbinate reduction today and I’ve got to say he was the greatest person I could have asked for, to get it done. He was informative about the entire procedure and made sure I was comfortable and completely numb before beginning. His assistance’s were all also extremely helpful. Can’t thank the team enough.

Beverly was very friendly and most helpful when I called in to make an appointment! She got me in much quicker than I anticipated. I formerly worked for doctors so I am aware of the importance of a good front office, they can make or break a physician’s practice. The staff in the clinic and Dawn were friendly and knowledgeable and explained my exam to me clearly. Checking out and scheduling follow up visits was a breeze. I am very pleased with this well run practice and would definitely refer family and friends to Hill Country ENT!
